    Hey guys,

Quick one for you, anyone know the best prices around (In Dublin or online) for micro SDHC cards.

Will be buying a couple for use with a GoPro HD Hero 3 Black edition on an upcoming trip and I always keep a few going so I hopefully don't have to edit on the go, just pop in new cards.

Buy a few, means that the best price will make a difference and I'm not in too much of a hurry either so can wait for delivery.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks!

    I bought mine from http://mymemory.co.uk/ for my Hero 3. I have a 32 and a 64 gb Sandisk ultras.

Definitely get 2. The hero3 is incredibly buggy and ate my 64gb card costing me a load of footage... I was lucky on that trip I could borrow a spare and shoot the rest of the week.

Mymemorry replaced the dead card and I picked up the 32 as a backup at that stage.

If you haven't already, get a load of spare batteries, you will need them! I got 3 + an external charger off eBay for 30 euro.

Thanks! Good site! Went ahead and ordered 4 cards... expensive but they're always handy to have around, particularly for the long trip.

Rew, if you have the link for that ebay seller would you mind posting it up? Thanks! Will be all set then!

Also if you havent already grab the new firmware update for Hero3's that came out 4th of April.

Yep, got the update, was waiting for it! Thanks for the store too! Just asked if he'd do a deal on the postage!

Make sure the Micro SD cards are Class 10 (fast)- as anything slower won't work in the Hero3

There price for the Sandisk 64GB card is better ATM, used to be the other way around. They have no 32's though. BTW the Hero3 can be picky about the cards so I would only buy the Sandisk Ultra's to use with it.

They're device search is a bit rubbish... tried it for a few of my devices and saw a lot of errors. In the case of the go pro, it says the largest card supported for the hero 3 is a 2GB SD card.... http://www.memoryc.com/go-pro-camera-hero-3-hero-3--memory-cards.html

Thanks REW... Yep I went with the Sandisk Ultra's... Read that on a few other reviews etc so figured it was the safest.
