Panel Beater Recommendation - Dublin

Can't give myself enough kicking for this but scraped the side of my shiny new A6 into a concrete pillar while parking and now have a dent on the rear passenger side panel plus scratches on the bumper...
bumper is not dented, just scratched. Dent on panel isn't severe, should be something that can be pulled/pushed out but as you can see in the pics, the paintwork is damaged :'(

Any recommendations for a repair job on this and ball park estimates if possible? Prefer south dublin but willing to travel if I can save a few quid...

Also do you think it's worth using insurance for this?

Car is only a year old so I would want to get a decent job, colour is plain black (non metallic), so hopefully not difficult to match
