Hey I have 2 ewes with no milk. Both lambed today and had twins. They are in brilliant condition and have been fed 18% protein for the last 8 weeks. 1kg for the last 2 weeks with ad lib silage and energy/mineral licks. Both lambed last 2 years with buckets of milk. What can I do?

I had similar with one or two this year, and an injection (2ml) of oxytocin did the trick for me - they came into milk in a few hours / the next day.

Make sure the lambs get plenty colostrum, be it from another ewe or artificial or a homemade mixture in the first few hours.

    Best of luck

Yep an injection of oxytocin will sort them out. Did they have a difficult lambing? Make sure the lambs get a drink from other ewes. Keep the lambs with their mothers as they will keep suckling and bring the ewe into milk also.
