I have a Snyper Rigida, the wheel on the second bike in this post. It seems to be about a 17-19mm inner rim so according to this should be OK for 35c (I have a 23c on it!).

I'd need about €30 for it, I'm in Leopardstown, Dublin 18, close to M50.
