Joint mortgage insurance

    Hi just wondering is it possible to take out a joint mortgage protection insurance if the mortgage only on 1 name? And if so will it effect the mortgage ? We want to keep mortgage in just one name.

    It's pretty simple in theory, but I'd be concerned about insurable interest.

    Just take out a separate one each.
