Worried about unprotected sex

I'm a 23 year old girl who's been on the contraceptive pill for almost a year. I took my pill at half 8 on Saturday night on an empty stomach. I went over to a friends and had a few drinks but ended up throwing up a small bit about an hour and a half to two hours later.

Later on that night I had sex without a condom with my boyfriend, we normally use them but we got a bit carried away after drinking. He pulled out but I'm really worried that my pill didn't absorb properly before I threw up.
My period is due next Saturday so I know I'm not in my most fertile time of the month.

My head has been wrecked all day worrying about this. I wanted to get the M.A.P but only one pharmacy was open in my area today and they don't do it. It will probably be the same story on the bank holiday Monday and I just don't know what to do!
Is there a massive possibility of pregnancy? I'm not worried about STI's because we both got tested recently and are both clear.

This has never happened me before and I'm freaking out. I'd really love some advice right now.

    Thanks.

    Its probably fine.

I find it pretty amazing that there is nowhere in your area to get the MAP on a sunday or bank holiday! Could you not have gone elsewhere? You should probably go and speak to a pharmacist tomorrow morning and see what they say. You will be within 72 hours tomorrow morning so they may still prescribe it.

Of course there's a chance you could be pregnant, I don't want to go making claims to the contrary. But if it were me, I wouldn't be worried in the slightest. You might have not digested one pill, but you ate it on an empty stomach so it probably broke down quickly and you say you only threw up a small bit. While the chance to be pregnant is always there after sex (even when the pill has been taken properly), it sounds like the risk is extremely low.

OP, you may want to seek actual medical advice. According to the booklet of the pill if you vomit 3 hours within taking the pill, you are not fully protected.

Boots chemists will dispense the morning after pill can you get to one?

If you are outside of the 72 hours for what is know as the MAP you can still get Ella one.
Ella one can be taken up until 120 hours later put you will need to get a dr to prescribe it.
