    Sorry if this is under the wrong thread but lads could ye recommend me a good treadmill that would improve my aerobic endurance. Preferably as cheap as you get as money is short at the moment.

    Have a Nordic track t18. Great yoke ,I put on about 1000 k a year on it for hill and interval training.check for the smaller Nordic track series they might fall into your budget.
