New HTC One initial thoughts, reviews etc

    Hi all,

    Can we start a new thread and canvas the thoughts of people who actually have the phone in their hands. What are the initial reactions? Battery life etc?

    Picked this up yesterday. Switched to Vodafone and got it for €100 on a €35/month Red plan (24 month contract). They took €50 off the phone price with my traded in HTC Sensation.

    First impressions - it's built beautifully; sound is stunning; display is very crisp.

    I don't like Blinkfleed so have changed my default home screen away from it.

    I'm concerned that the metal back will scratch very easily. I got the white version so any scratches would show up very noticeably. I've ordered a skin/case from ebay.

    I've seen mentions of Zoe - but have yet to figure out how to use it.

    Disappointed that it has Vodafone splash screens on boot and some Vodafone apps installed by default.

    But mainly, very very happy with it.

    Oh, one other point - has anyone gotten the Sky Remote Record app to work with it? When I enter my credentials, it asks me to pick which Sky box I want to use, but it's almost like the confirm button doesn't appear on screen so I can't proceed past this screen.
