Does anybody know if any garage does dynamic wheel balancing on car? Preferable in Dublin... Dynamic balancing similar to http://vibrationfree.co.uk/
or any garage/mechanic specialising in vibrations

Car wheel balancing is not quite as high tech as the stuff in your link.

Any garage with a decent quality, properly calibrated wheel balancer can balance your wheels perfectly unless the wheels have something wrong with them.

I presume you had the balancing done by a couple of places?

The advantage of on-car balancing is that the entire hub/disc and wheel is all balanced.
It is supposed to be a very smooth balance when done on the car.

Its also vastly expensive, complicated and simply not needed for any normal road car unless your regularly cruising at 200mph!

I've seen ones in the US for normal cars, its just the way things are done in different countries.
Have a look at the Hunter balancers and compares them to the cheap dynamic balancers in most tyre places.
