    Hey there,
If anyone has seen this months issue of An Cosantoir, they'd have seen the article entitled ''Man Hunt'' which dealt with tracking and ground sign awareness for counter IED capability. I was just wondering in the images shown, why is everyone carrying the orange replica rifles of various types. You'd usually only associate them with Naval training due to the fact they float! Or was it just something as practical as their was no need for real rifles. Just curious

The replica red rifles don't always float.

    Its International best practice.
