    Hi all,
I have a 4 bedroom bungalow vacant at present the last tenants just moved out. I am curious to either rent again to new tenants or out to holiday makers/ fishermen. The property is situated on the shores or a lake which is part of the Erne river system in Cavan. I have the property currently on Daft but i would like to know if anyone knows of a good place to advertise to catch the market for short term letting??
    Kind regards
    Stephen.

    One of these.

Talk to the local tourist office and see what they recommend / require. Do realise that tourists have different expectations and behaviours to tenants.

Note that if you persistently rent it for tourist lettings, you may need to have a different planning permission. This would tend to be more an issue which tourists living it up would disturb the neighbours.
