    I've been having problems with it all day too. Couldn't send pictures either. It's strange. Think I'll uninstall it and download it again and see if it makes a difference.

    Mine was seemingly down for a while, apart from getting some message from viber about easter but have sent and received a few messages to a couple of people no problem in the last 10 minutes.
