Hi all, I'm currently on a portfolio preperation plc course(fetac 5) and am getting btea. I applied and got accepted into ballyfermot for a course, next year, thats btec(british) but is equivalent to fetac level 6. I want to know will i be able to get btea next year?. I asked in social welfare office and was fobbed off and told to apply in july but I need to know cos i have to accept my place by 12th april. I'm a married woman and was on jb before getting btea for plc course. I had to do the portfolio course to get into college so is that not a continuation of an education course? I would appreciate any replies.
