What to start on

    New to weights and building myself. About 6 weeks in great progress. Feeling tired after sessions> Im lean now so need to start thing building up a bit. From someone who started as a beginner what shakes or foods should I start on? ANy advice appreciated.

    Food is food. Shakes are food.
    There's no such thing as beginners food. Just eat.
    Meats, veg, good fats, etc
