Storing or freezing beans...

Due to cost really is there any way of freezing / storing beans?

For example on coffeemojo.ie you get free shipping with orders over 40euro.

It was 20euro and since it went up I havent ordered from them due to the amount of coffee I would have to buy. I didnt want to have it and then not use it or it being past its best after a few weeks.

So is there a way of freezing or storing the beans? Does it impact on the flavours etc?

Coffeemojo do roast to order so you have a decent amount of time from when you get the shipment but if you take it that the flavours are at their peak what say 2 weeks after roasting you only have a certain amount of time to then drink them.

You could use them from the outset for a more raw espresso flavour and all through the cycle but anyway I digress, is there any way of storage?

    Cheers.
