    Hello,

I'm considering taking a 700sq. ft. warehouse in Bray. How would I find out/estimate what the rates would be on it?

    Many Thanks,
    -W

Ring the council with the address.

    Or.....

Check out this page to get your Rateable Valuation
    http://www.valoff.ie/search/search.asp

Then find out the "Annual Rate on Valuation" from WCC website (probably somewhere around 60)

Then multiply one by the other.

You may ask your landlord and 2 in 2 cases they will tell you a value of 55%-75% height of the actual commercial rates due.
