    bought an 04 tractor in a different juristiction. Came with a three month warranty from last november.5000+ hrs on the machine, put up only around 35 hrs since but has now got a mechanical issue (4wd) that i am of the opinion that perhaps the seller knew about. Says it was going before he sold to us. I understand that maybe we should have spotted it but is there comeback in our case?.

    Where you buy it? The north? Well the 3 month warrenty is up so it is more or less your problem, I know you done very little with it but the warrenty would still stand if you were working it everyday for 14hrs since you got it
