Interview for job I dont want

I haven't done a job interview in over 2 years and I want to get experience doing them again. Recruiter was on to me about going for an interview for a job I don't want and they have been looking to fill this role since November so I think it will be grueling interview but I see it as getting some experience.

Because I don't want the job I cannot see me putting any real effort into it so I was wondering has anyone else done this and found it any use?

    Its a phone interview btw.

Don't waste people times, if you've no interest do everyone a favor and stay away.
I presume you have a Job, so no point changing to one you don't want. You don't practice a bad interview style.
