    The full Google Play store has just started showing up on my android devices, SGS2 and Nexus 7, and also my laptop today.

    By "full" i mean, apps, books, movies, magazines.

    Has this happened for anyone else??

    As mentioned above, check the currency on the store.
    Were you playing with VPNs and your google accounts trying to buy Nexus 4 or 10?

    Prices are in dollars

    I bought 2-3 magazines and songs while in the US using app store credit. From what i gather from that thread and a quick search it seems to give you the full US play store if you make a purchase from your account.
