skipping lunch

    Im thinking about skipping my normal lunch (tuna tomato swiss cheese wrap) and just having a big breakfast, boiled egg, toast, fruit juice,extra big bowl of porridge and my supplements (fish oils, glucosamine and vit c/

    Id get some more meat or eggs in there. All those carbs will give you hunger pangs later on.

    On the whole tho there is nothing wrong with skipping meals. I regularly don't eat anything until the evenings, never had any problems. Not part of a diet regime, always have done it since I was a child. Some days I simply don't get hungry until the end of the day. Some days I do. If I get hungry, I eat, if I'm not hungry I don't. Meal times are pretty arbitrary anyway.
