    I'm looking for a low-rise stem so I can lower the handlebar height.

    Does the stem need to;
    suit 1 1/8 steerer tube,
    what length,
    what bar clamp diameter,
    what negative angle have you in mind
    what material- alum/ carbon
    AND price range.
    Little more clarity will help.

    It is to suit 1 1/8 steerer tube. The rest is negotiable as I'm looking to set a new position much lower than it is now for TTs.

    Current stem is 110m, 31.8mm bar clamp.

    Can you flip the stem you already have on the bike to give the desired height?

    No. I think it's either 0 degrees or somewhere between 0-10.

    I have a deda zero 100 stem. It's black and 100mm in length. 82 degrees and can be flipped to add height. Would want 40 for it.
