Advice on A-Ztuning.ie?

    Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone on boards has had any dealings with a-ztuning.ie?

I ordered a set of coilovers off the website on the 12th of march.
However when I clicked confirm order, it seemed as though the website crashed and I didn't receive any conformation email/receipt.
So I thought nothing of it and decided I would try another company in a few days time.
2 days later though while checking my statements online, I noticed that aztuning had taken money from my credit card. So I thought great it went through.
I can say that it has gone downhill since then though. I called them when I saw my statement just to confirm the order. I was told I would be called back shortly.....Never happened.
Called again on tues the 19th when I was then told they coilovers I ordered were out of stock but they would still be delivered to me by Friday the 22nd at the latest.

Well now its monday the 25th, no sign of the coilovers.
I've sent 2 messages via the contact us section on their website and called the number listed on their website but my calls remain unanswered.
(seems more like their avoiding my mobile number)

Anyone one have any advice as to how I should handle this?
I'm going up to dublin sometime this week aswel so if it's not sorted by then, I may have to make a personal visit to their listed address.

Mods feel free to move this topic if ye feel it's in the wrong location. Just thought motors would be best

Too many reputable and decent sellers both online and on the ground in Ireland to be dealing with that nonsense.

Ring your credit card company and claim the money back for no receipt of goods and lack of communication.

Then when you are in Dublin pay someone like Keith at alloywheels a visit and order your coilovers.

Ya I'll give them a call now and get the ball rolling.

I actually was going to order the coils off Keith as I had dealt with him before and was happy with the service recieved, but he was on holidays for a while when I called so went with AZ as I wanted them sooner than later so I could leave them settle correctly in time for Dubshed.

Just very frustrated how poor the customer service is from AZ even when their motto is "geared for customer satisfaction".

I hope that this is a rare mishap from them, but I can certainly say once this is over, I don't even want to see there website again

i can see your frustration, but realistically your order is, as of yet only 1 working day late, they may not have accounted for the public holiday last week. i'd stay calm, try call or email them again today, explaining your concern and i'd be sure you'd get a response. they could be very busy, or heaven knows what else. not that that's an excuse, but you'd never know.

Just off the phone with my credit card company. They said they cant cant process any claim/refund until 30 days have passed since payment as I have no email confirmation of delivery date or order.

This is some balls now as my card will be close to being maxxed out after I pay a trip to keith :pac:

Right hopefully this is my final post on this thread.

Finally heard back from AZ after I left a few "stern" voicemails :D

They were sent out for delivery this morning so I WILL have them tomorrow.

And I've been given a voucher aswel for my next purchase.

So credit to them in the end as they got it sorted:rolleyes:
