Do you believe in Asians?

I was thinking about this earlier and I have to admit I'm beginning to doubt the existence of Asians. It probably sounds a bit absurd at first but hear me out:

According to Google there are 4,140,336,501 Asians in the world (I'd like to point out by the way that that is an obscenely specific number) yet where are they?

On a day to day basis I encounter one, maybe two, who would fit the stereotypical archetype for someone of Asian descent or origin. ONE or TWO! That's an absurdly low number when compared to the (once again obscenely specific) number of 4,140,336,501.

Now, this is where it starts to get weird. The number of "Asians" I encounter dramatically increases when I enter "Asian" food restaurants. "Well duh!" I hear some of you say but I ask the question: "Where the fuck do they all go when the restaurant is closed?" Do they stay in the restaurant? Do they disintegrate? Do they fly back to "Asia"?

I pose to you that they simply don't exist. They are a figment of our imaginations. We expect to see Asians in an Asian food restaurant and so our brain concocts a memory for us upon leaving that meets our expectations.

Now I don't have all the answers (I suspect the Jews are involved somehow) but I thought we could have a discussion on it. Maybe those of you who have conversed with "Asians" could share your experiences, tell us a little bit about what you spoke about, how you felt they acted and reacted, and how you dealt with the experience afterwards. Did it feel like a dream to you at the time? Is your memory of it foggy? Would you like to repeat it?

That's all from me. Now I hope you can open up your minds, take a step back, and ask yourselves

    "Do Asians really exist?"

I didn't read the whole thread as I couldn't be arsed so I read the title and the last line and I firmly believe that we are not alone in the universe. I know there is no real proof but do you honestly think that out of millions of planets ours is the only one to be inhabited with intelligent life!

You know, this actually explains why Chinese food leaves me feeling like I'm still hungry. Asian food doesn't exist, so I only think I'm eating.

There was a group of people called Asia but there was only 5 members and they split in 86. So proof enough for me, no they don't exist.

I walked around there one day and counted them all.

I can confirm that Google's figures are indeed correct. ;)

Hmmm! A startling number of Irish people have used boards.ie and subsequently disappeared up their own holes.

Maybe Asia has done the same?
