I have moved into an old house that has a mira excel fitted at some stage in past 10 years. It appears to be about 4 feet below the water tank in the next room and at the same level as the boiler it appears. I am not an expert by any means in this field at all - trying to see if there is any possible solutions to low pressure other than a power or electric shower.

It appears to me that this is a gravity fed shower and because of the set up i can't exactly trace the pipes, so wondering if there is anything i should look out for at the boiler to see if i can sort things out.

    apologies for the meandering question

...... ( ----do you mean the hot water cylinder
)......? When you say the boiler? Because the location of the boiler is not related to your showers performance pressure wise

The only thing that will sort out your shower pressure is install a negative head pump, you have insignifigant head pressure on your hot water.
