Pain after upper right side implant

Hi all. My wife had an implant placed on the upper right side about 3 months ago. She has constant pain since at the back of her eye and jaw through to here ear. It is close to the sinus but CT scans show nothing irregular.I'm guessing it must be nerve damage????. The dentist has checked the implant and says its fine. She…

She has taken antibiotics for a slight infection also. Anyone had a similar issue????. She's had enough of the pain at this stage.
