Advice On Lowering My PH level

    i have very high ph levels and when testing my urine acidity levels im a 14. Has anyone any advice regarding.my diet? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    14 would be so alkaline that your piss would be like blood from the aliens in aliens. Check your litmus strips are in date, this reading is not compatible with life.

    Yeah everything else is in check but my ph level is just completely out of space. Im not urinating blood either but I checked up some of the symptoms of having high ph levels and I have most of them so I dont know where I am at

    Where are you getting the info on symptoms etc? I've noticed a lot of websites talking about the dangers of PH levels and conveniently selling amazingly expensive PH testers and water filters to fix your problematic PH levels (which you just became aware of) ON THE SAME SITE.

    Thank god for that.

    Scientifically I reckon it would be nearly impossible for urine tobe so alkaline
    I agree with other posters ssying same

    I think you should go to doctor and get a fresh urine sample analysed to put your mind at ease
