    Hi guys

Hoping someone can help me put here....I've a team of 30 and want to organise some fun team building exercises

Last year we did a treasure hunt in our building which the majority of people signed up for.....it was great fun and got loads of people engaged which I would love to recreate

Budget is verrrrry low and don't want to fall back on another treasure hunt day

    Anyone have any ideas ?!?!!

We went to Zip-It in Lough Key forest outside Carrick-On-Shannon about 2 years ago, it was very enjoyable and not too expensive, but I would advise doing it in the summer when it is warmer, they also have other activities there, the Boda Borg is supposed to be good. These may be outside you budget but might be able to find something similar closer to you.

Do any of your employees play instruments? you could pair them with someone who doesn't play, pick a relatively easy song and get them to play it, but with one strumming and the other playing
As shown by the professionals :P

    Try some charity work.

    Paint your local hostel.

Funds raising event for charity linked to the local community.

These sort of events usually have good engagement.

    Ask your team for ideas.

It's really quite difficult to judge, without knowing their ages/interests. It's possible that for a fun activitiy that they choose, people may even contribute to the cost themselves.

Let people do their jobs and stop wasting their time with stuff that isn't part of their job, and most only do to be part of the team? If they want to be part of a team, they will; if not, and they're not performing, let them go.
