Help with Nexus 4, please.

    Ive just bought a new Nexus 4 and I'm trying to move from vodafone to 48. 48 are having a problem moving my number. I don't know why.

    When I put the 48 sim in my phone it says sim locked and asks me to put in the sim pin. When I do this nothing happens. I've taken the sim out and cleaned it to no avail.

    48 are telling me the phone must be locked but the phone came unlocked from Google Play store. I have never used this phone until yesterday until I tried to register with 48.

    I am using an old iphone with vodafone. Anyone know what the problem might be?

    Sounds to me that 48 have not yet activated that sim yet - is the Vodafone one still active in the iPhone?

    I'd say its with them - the nexus 4 is completely sim free, so you should have no issue, try the Voda sim in Nexus 4 to see if its active....
