Just wondered if anyone here knew the answer.

I always feel bloated, queasy and have an upset stomach after I eat fresh salmon. It doesnt matter if I steam it, fry it, bake it. Happens pretty much every time.

Similar thing happens if I eat fatty pork.

Anyone know why this is? I can understand the fatty pork but I wouldnt have thought salmon was fatty?

Salmon is pretty fatty. Its typically between 10 and 20% IIRC.
