The Local Property Tax form gives 6 payment options, but these options do not include paying by cheque.
The booklet and the online FAQs state:
"If you wish to pay by cheque, bank draft or postal order, please enclose this with your completed Return."
But who is the cheque payable to?

    Revenue I assume.

Most cheques when paid to revenue are paid to Collector-General. But if would be now harm to put a call in to confirm.

I was told to put the property ID No. as well on the back for the cheque.

Thanks for this clarification. I was getting flummoxed by this omission.
