com.google.process.gapps stopped and play store won't open

    As above guys, any ideas?
    Just happened after uploading music to my phone via airdroid.

    Im hoping i dont need a factory reset, if so is there any way to backup my current theme, ive customized quite a bit using nova launcher.

    Many times, im wondering if its linked to the issue some are having with downloading issues with the play store tonight.

    I can't download any apps today either, glad it's not just me. :pac:

    Tried a reboot and clear data, no change.

    Someone else found a solution for his phone anyway

    1. Go to > Settings
    2. Go to > Application Manager
    3. You should have 3 choices to view the files (that you can select near the top): "Downloaded", "Running" and "All". Select > "All" so that you can view everything.
    4. Scroll and find "Downloads" and open it, then if you see a button called "Enable" then click it to enable the downloads (if it first read "Disable" then don't push it because your downloads should already be Enabled).
    5. That is it! After I Enabled Downloads, my problem was solved.
