    I signed up for the Fatcheese deal in November and I'm still waiting on cashback. As far as I'm aware it takes six months to arrive though.


    The fatcheese deal looks better on paper but I'm not sure of receiving the actual cashback!

    I signed to UPC via fatcheese in January and my order hasn't been tracked on Fatcheese. Ive sublmitted a ticket and a claim which have not been responded too in over two months.
    Also because we signed up through fatcheese a free installation was not given. The whole thing has been a pain in the swiss and UPC over charged us as well which lead to hours on the phone.
    The strong Broadband why people stick with them, Horizon is over complicated the lack of a simple Guide button is shocking
