I'm on my second visit to the beautiful bella Roma.:) What a magnificient city! It really lives up to all the expections and would take a lifetime to the all the amazing sights. There is actually too much history and an embarrassment of riches packed into this city.

I've been subsisting on cappucino, lemon ice cream, pasta and mouth-watering pizzas during the past week.:pac:

It was cld and lashing rain here the past few days but today is belissima - warm and sunny - off to see the Villa Borghese now.:D

Another other AHers been to the Eternal City? I think everyone MUST see Rome at least one in their lives.

You're just here to brag you're in Rome.

Are you a snail OP? That's the only explanation I can come up with which meets the criteria of 'taking a lifetime to see all the amazing sights'.

Travel forum. And yes, people should go to Rome if they have the chance.
