I've been invited to do a telephone interview for an Apple AtHomeAdvisor role. Just wondering if anybody has been thru this interview before and if there are any hints or tips ye can give. Also, is there another round of interviews afterwards, as in a face to face interview. Much appreciated. Thanks.

Any update on this OP? How did you get on?

I was looking at this a while ago, what are the wages like and what hours will you work?

My other half went through this process a few weeks ago. All the interviews were either on the phone or done through skype, nothing face to face.
There is four weeks worth of training involved and a few exams on the training, if you got offered a job. Pass all these then you start work, this is what he has been told so far

Ultimately didn't get the job. Pay was ok €23k start, rising to €26k after 6 months. Half vhi for 6months, full after. €50 (max) contribution to your phone bill every month. Pension scheme. Hours are work 5/7, with 8 n a half hr shifts between 8am and 8.30pm.
