Companies owe money

Hi, I'm looking for some complicated company advice.

I invested private savings in two separate companies several years ago (company A&B) which I am a director and shareholder of. Separately, company A is now entering into a contract with a foreign company and I am required as an individual to also make a contract with company A as part of that deal.

Can I make a contract with company B and it then makes a contract with company A which then makes a contract with the foreign company? In other words can I get my legitimate investment back from both companies by entering into a contract with one which will be paid by the other. i.e. Foreign company pays company A which pays me back my investment in that company. Company A then pays company B which pays me back my original investment.

I'm not trying to do anything illegal here I'm looking for advice & options to see if I can get my original personal investment back legitimately.
