I'm definitely connected and my calendar is syncing, but no mail is arriving at all. This is immediately after a ROM Flash. Gmail and Yahoo working fine.
Any ideas? Seemed to be OK on 4.0.

I am receiving emails via exchange on Android 4.1.1 - no problem. Maybe its your ROM?

It's an "official" 4.1.4 for the Jiayu G2. I'm probably going to go back to 4.0 as I really need this function.
I tried some third party mail apps and it's exactly the same, which is what has me somewhat confused. They must all use the ROM's own Exchange server accessing software or something.

Just an update, I tried every last mail app I could find that claims to do Exchange (emoze etc) and they all connect and sync calender just fine, but no mail at all arrives.
Looks like I'm stuck on OWA for the foreseeable!

Perhaps it's your exchange setup, do any other users have the service working

    Hundreds if not thousands!
Obviously something to do with the 4.1 ROM on this particular phone. Weird that third party apps can't get around this though.
