    I'm not trying to wind you up but if you are asking for someones name and being very quiet on the details as to why I doubt anyone will tell you.

    Honestly just call them up and give them a fake name and fake reason as to why you need the name.

    If you post what the issue is then we may be able to advise you better as to how to sort it out rather than looking for names.
