Paypal, card adding issue

    Hi all,

    I'm trying to add my Visa Debit card to Paypal, however it keeps giving me this message:

    This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.


    If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

    Its not a credit card of course. Do Paypal actually accept debit cards ?

    Yes they do, it works with my Visa Debit card anyway

    PayPal definitely accept Visa Debit cards.

    Have you had your Visa card verified by your bank? You need to call customer services in your bank to verify it. :)
