Need advice for Dumbbell Workouts

I'm living an an apartment in Barcelona on limited means, so going to a gym is out of the question, but I do have a pair of adjustable dumbbells. The bars are about 2kg each (I think, I'm estimating here), and I have four 1.25kg weights, four 2.5kg weights and four 5kg weights to go with them. I don't have a bench (or anything I can really use as a bench), so I'm looking for the most effective workout I can get with just myself and these dumbbells. I'm 24 years old, 5'11'', I don't have a weighing scales here, but taking an educated guess I'd say I'm in or around the 13 stone mark. I used to workout - I went to a gym at times, and at my fittest/strongest I was able to jog 10k everyday in under an hour and bench press about 70kg (3 X 10 reps, which I did about 4 days a week (in addition to various other exercises)). Now, however, I'm a bit of a fatty, as I've let myself go :P. I've started up the jogging again, but I'd like advice before setting up and committing to a weight regime.

Cheers in advance for the advice!
