Would be a regular dutch train to Rotterdam then looking at either thalys or a normal belgium train to Brussels. From Brussels you can get a direct Thalys train to Paris or a cheaper eurolines bus

thalys high speed train from Amsterdam to Paris would be the best option i reckon.its a bit more pricey than the regular trains but there are deals to be had if booked in advance.

The Thalys trains are great. It's a very scenic trip through that part of Europe so my advise if you can is book a window seat In 1st class, enjoy the complimentary food, wine, champagne, beer or whatever you are having yourself and watch Europe go by... Hmmm time for another trip methinks...

Going via Amsterdam will take longer than going via Rotterdam and will cost more as well. I checked it out on the rail europe times and its longer that way as you will have to double back on yourself again its a quick run to Rotterdam then onwards to Brussels. You can pick the Thayls up in Rotterdam or get a normal train there.

Utrect to Brussels via Rotterdam and Roosendaal with IC and Thaylis is around 2 hours and 53 mins
Utrect to Brussels via Rotterdam and Roosendaal with IC and Belgium train is the same travel time believe it or not

Have a look at http://www.ns.nl/en/travellers/home will give you a good idea
