    Hey all,

    So since the new year I've been back training and trying to eat better and healthier...And overall its been very productive...But in the last few weeks I've had a number of days in which I've just binged on either too much of the wrong food, or else just eaten the wrong food...I reckon its down to just eating the same kind of stuff and getting bored of it, need to vary it up a bit

    So I'm looking for new ideas to mix up my diet...

    Can anyone recommend some good online sources or even books that might be helpful...

    My training goals are to reach 154lbs with 8% BF...Currently at 159lbs and circa 13% BF...Which would mean losing circa 8lbs of fat and adding 3-4lbs of muscle...

    Any helps would be fantasic
