Hi, I had a cow calf today. The cow wasn't calving a long time and calved herself. I was watching. Anyway the calf was full of fluid when born and navel was swollen. Got the vet he lanced the navel and let out fluid and gave injections. The calf never stood and had blood spot on the eyes and the back passage was bloody colour. The vet said if get beastings into him the fluid may move and if not need to put down in a few days. Anyway after get beastings into him calf died this evening. Just wondering has this happened anyone before and did I mess up some where and what should I have done better. Just trying to improve Thanks
