I recently changed from iphone to android - samsung galaxy s3 - but I can't get the phone to connect up with my car stereo (Tevion), had no probs with my iphone.
I've turned on bluetooth & it's scanning & have the stereo trying to connect but no joy....any tips?

Make sure you have the box that says make visible to all nearby bluetooth devices ticked.

Is it a parrot car kit?
    Ah it's a tevion.
Maybe you need to make that visible to the phone!

It's not a hands free kit, but the stereo has bluetooth & I like to play my music/podcasts on phone through the car speakers ifykwim.

eta - make it visible to the phone?? how?
