    Not only did she win the women's race but she came 7th. Definitely one to watch out for, although I couldn't care less what she wore on her feet!

    I was more interested to see how Sage Canaday got on.

    He's a 2.16 marathon runner. He won the 100k race but was almost caught at the line after slowing down quite a bit in the final stages.

    He's only 26 and beating a few big names and setting course records since he started the ultras.

    The ladies winner in this very competitive 100k in NZ wore a pair of Vibrams for the entire distance. :eek:

    I'd say she was glad to kick them off at the end.
