Sky remote turns off tv but not change channels

    As the title says the remote turns tv on and off and you can use volume but not change sky channels.
    The tv is a walker tv and have tried reprogramming remote with different codes but still the same.
    The tv is working off a sky-eye and the led is lit on the back of the eye so its not that.

    Anyone had similar problem or shed any light on this for me??

    Remote is on TV mode, select the Sky button to put it back to SkyBox mode.

    Try reset the remote to factory, press TV, hold select and red until the light blinks, press 999 and the select button.

    Bring the remote to where the sky box is and press a few buttons to see does the box respond to the remote or use the camera on your phone and place the led on the remote in front of the camera and press a few buttons to see are they lighting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WML4Ihr1ZJM

    You said the TV is fed by a Sky-eye although the light is on in the eye it could be the mouse/sensor on the eye or a cabling issue from the eye back to the RF2 output on the Sky box https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBLvph_6pIM
