Garda gosafe camera map

    Just had a look at the "GoSafe" camera map after yesterdays news announcement.

    One thing I noticed is that one infamous spot (Spawell dual carriage) isnt marked as a camera spot:
    Ey2lvKF.png

    Never noticed this before so not sure if was previously marked. Somehow I doubt they're going to stop checking there, so I presume that means the whole map is a load of nonsense? Or have I missed something?

    Map is nonsense anyway. Dont be fooled in thinking they are informing people and modifying safety behaviour.

    Not sure of the area, but looking at the map either side is coming into a more built up area, I'm guessing road narrows, and the speed limit drops.

    Its a win win win.

    This map only shows where GoSafe check. The guards can set up speed traps anywhere they want.

    That stretch you mentioned was never a GoSafe zone, (i've just checked the old map)
