Is it possible to get an account re opened? Shady93 want's to go back on boards but she closed her account a while ago. If you can do it please just use the original email account and password.

That account is gone, there's no re-opening of accounts.

Is it possible to reuse the email address then? It says its in use. And/or the account name?

The email address (or strictly speaking a hash of it) is already in use for that account for a year after it's closed.

As to whether the name can be re-used, that's at admins discretion.

The account name cannot be used once the account has been closed. If the user was a Subscriber and had their name changed, then their previous name would have been released for registration by anyone else, including the previous owner. Because the owner of the username in question physically closed their own account, this cannot be re-opened due to Data Protection legislation, and therefore this account name will never be available for anyone else to register. Ever.

    Sorry about that.

    Shield.
