Hello all, I'm at wits end and seeking some help.

I have an old Seg TV that I got from tesco ages ago. It's a 42 inch LCD model 42723. It's nothing special but it's served me well to this point as a monitor for the ps3.

3 days ago the child lock was activated and I've tried and searched everything I can to get it unlocked. A few things to note is the remote is long gone. I had a universal one for it but a couple years back, the tv started to periodically stop receiving any requests via any remote tried so I just used the buttons on the TV once it no longer worked. I also don't have a manual.

So I'm seeking advice from anyone who may know how to help. I've left it unplugged for a day, tried holding all sorts of buttons while on and off and simply have had no luck at all. This darn child lock can not be the end of my TV...
