Urgent advice needed, possible predator.

Hi there. More than likely i have posted this in the wrong sub-forum, but i am infuriated at the minute and was unsure where to post this.

This may sound iffy to discuss on this forum. But im gonna go ahead and say it because i want some sort of justice to come to this scumbag. :mad:

Basically iv come across videos and images on a website of an Irish girl who was underage at time taken(not sure if still is). These were taken and uploaded (obviously without consent) by her brother who seemed to be a real predator by the way he talked in comments. Basically incest.

Now down to the reason i am posting here. In one of the images i managed to grab a car registration number that was parked outside of a house of a friends or own house of said girl.

I feel I have the duty to inform her family of what is happening via the Gardai.
But i am unsure how to go about this properly as i want to see this guy brought forward because i fear that he might actually rape/assault her in the future.

This might sound over the top, but i dont think so. As i feel this is a serious crime
