Crucial M500 960gb SSD

    Does anyone have any information on a release date for this as I want to get one to replace my games drive.
    I've found one site saying it will be out in the first 1/4 but not much else.

    do you need that much ssd space?? it is gonna cost around 450 sterling ??

    I'd buy one in a heartbeat if I could get my hands on one. I've been keeping an eye out, but there hasn't been any recent information. As far as I know, all the 2.5" drives, aside from the 960GB variant, are in production, the 960, as well at the M.2 drives are still undergoing testing, so even if we do see M500s by the end of the month, I don't think we'll see the mythical $600 1TB SSD until a month or three later.

    Yep, I have 113 steam games one one of my steam accounts that take up over 700gb so I could easily fill it.
